Terms of sale & refund policy
These terms apply to the £59 inc. VAT Instant Address Feasibility Report sold through Planning Permission Checker, operated by Hampstead Renovations Ltd (registered in England & Wales No. 16838595).
What you're buying
A system-generated feasibility report for a single London address, covering the planning constraints we can check (conservation area, Article 4, listed indicators), a likely planning route, party-wall and neighbour-risk prompts, indicative build-cost ranges, feasibility warning signs and suggested next steps. The report is generated using a surveyor-led methodology developed with Hampstead Chartered Surveyors. It is not individually reviewed by a chartered surveyor unless you separately purchase the Surveyor-Reviewed Feasibility Pack, and it is not a planning decision or a guarantee of planning permission.
Price & delivery
The price is £59 inc. VAT, charged in full at checkout by Stripe. Delivery is immediate: once payment completes, the report is generated and a private link is emailed to you.
Refund & quality policy
Instant digital report. Because it's delivered immediately, you agree delivery begins at once and you waive the 14-day cancellation right once the report is generated. If we cannot return planning-constraint data for your address, we'll refund you in full. This refund covers a failure to produce data, not dissatisfaction with the findings. Limitations
The report is an early-stage feasibility and risk-screening tool based on available planning and property data, which can be incomplete or delayed. It does not guarantee planning permission — local planning authorities make those decisions. Depending on the property, formal advice may require a chartered surveyor, planning consultant, solicitor, structural engineer or other specialist. Your data is not passed to builders or other third parties without your consent — see the privacy notice.
