Terms of sale & refund policy
These terms apply to the paid products sold through Planning Permission Checker — the £59 inc. VAT Property Works Feasibility Report and the £295 inc. VAT Surveyor-Reviewed Feasibility Pack — operated by Hampstead Renovations Ltd (registered in England & Wales No. 16838595). The surveyor review is carried out by Hampstead Chartered Surveyors (RICS-regulated, Firm Reg. 923064).
What you're buying
A system-generated feasibility report for a confirmed individual London property (resolved to its UPRN via Ordnance Survey and checked at the property's own coordinates), covering the planning constraints we can check (conservation area, Article 4, listed indicators), a likely planning route, party-wall and neighbour-risk prompts, indicative build-cost ranges, feasibility warning signs and suggested next steps. The report is generated using a surveyor-led methodology developed with Hampstead Chartered Surveyors. It is not individually reviewed by a chartered surveyor unless you separately purchase the Surveyor-Reviewed Feasibility Pack, and it is not a planning decision or a guarantee of planning permission.
Price & delivery
The price is £59 inc. VAT, charged in full at checkout by Stripe. Delivery is immediate: once payment completes, the report is generated and a private link is emailed to you.
Refund & quality policy
Instant digital report. Because it's delivered immediately, you agree delivery begins at once and you waive the 14-day cancellation right once the report is generated. If we cannot return planning-constraint data for the property you checked, we'll refund you in full. This refund covers a failure to produce data, not dissatisfaction with the findings. Surveyor-reviewed options (£295 and £495)
The £295 inc. VAT Surveyor-Reviewed Feasibility Pack is a paid order, not an instant product. You pay online; Hampstead Chartered Surveyors then individually reviews the feasibility report for your property and emails you the reviewed pack within 2 working days. It is a desktop review of that report — no phone consultation is included, and it is not a planning decision, a valuation or a structural survey.
The £495 inc. VAT Surveyor-Reviewed Pack + Consultation Call includes everything in the £295 pack plus one 30-minute phone or video consultation with Hampstead Chartered Surveyors. The reviewed pack is emailed first; the call is then arranged separately by email after the review (there is no live online booking). It is not an urgent service and does not include unlimited or ongoing advice.
By ordering either option, you agree that Hampstead Chartered Surveyors may start reviewing your property report immediately. Once review work has started, your cancellation/refund rights may be limited, except where we cannot provide the service or you are legally entitled to a refund. If we cannot provide the review, we'll refund you in full.
Limitations
The report is an early-stage feasibility and risk-screening tool based on available planning and property data, which can be incomplete or delayed. It does not guarantee planning permission — local planning authorities make those decisions. Depending on the property, formal advice may require a chartered surveyor, planning consultant, solicitor, structural engineer or other specialist.
