Privacy notice
This notice explains how Siteline (operated by Hampstead Renovations Group) handles personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It is written for an early-stage product; it will be expanded before public launch.
What we collect
Address/postcode searches you run, and — only if you submit a feasibility-review request — your name, email, phone (optional), project type, budget range and any message you provide. We do not require an account.
Why, and our lawful basis
We process feasibility-review enquiries to respond to your request and arrange a review — lawful basis: performance of a request / contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Sharing your enquiry with Hampstead Renovations or a vetted RICS/RIBA partner is done only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), captured by the consent checkbox, which is required and enforced server-side. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell address lookups or reports. Consented feasibility enquiries are routed to Hampstead Renovations or a small panel of RICS-regulated partners where Hampstead does not operate. You see who will receive the enquiry before it is sent.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact to handle your project and follow-ups, then deleted or anonymised. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these, or to withdraw consent, contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Open data
Planning and property intelligence is derived from public datasets under the Open Government Licence and applicable licences; UPRN © Ordnance Survey. This is feasibility intelligence, not legal, planning or valuation advice.
